Gerina-Piller
Her conception took place on March 29, 1985, in Roswell in New Mexico. Gerina Michel Mendoza is her birth name. Gerina Stevenson was born in Mexico as the daughter of Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. She is Mexican heritage, but is American in nationality. Ever since she was young she's always been interested in participating in sport. Gerina began playing golf at the age of 15 years old. Gerina was a student at Goddard High School. She won her place in the New Mexico State Golf Tournament in her high school years. In addition to playing volleyball, she also competed at a state-level. She began attending in the University of Texas. During the senior years of her career, she had won every tournament in which she competed. In her undergraduate years she was awarded the title as Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the Years.
